If you are upgrading to Insight V2.0 and panel firmware (or defaulting your existing firmware) at the same time the following information is for you.

With the release of Insight Professional V1.4, the Insight multi workstation (multi client) licensing scheme has been refined, and now workstation licenses are locked to individual PCs.
Upon the purchase of Insight Professional, Insight is only accessible from the server workstation and the license expires after 30 days. Upon registering Insight Professional, customers are issued with a Professional license and one workstation license. This will allow Insight to be accessed from the server workstation and one additional workstation. (These connections are not allowed simultaneously.)
If you require additional workstation licenses or a floating license please contact Inner Range.
If you are upgrading from previous versions of Insight Professional to version 1.4 you will need to contact Inner Range to obtain the free workstation license, or else Insight will only be accessible from the server workstation.
Once you have client licenses you cannot change the server computer without first requesting a removal license key from Inner Range. This will synchronise the client licenses on the new server.
